Privacy policy for all parents and nannies:
AFH,LLC will not sell or share any registration data entered for newsletters or purchases. Independent "On-Call" Nannies using this web site to publish their information are obligated to establish their own procedures and processed to identify what personal data is accessible for self-promotion of their business.

For parents:
Background checks while strongly encouraged, are still voluntary. Nannies with a completed background check noted on their web page have all been approved by criteria set between Pre-Employ(TM) and Auntie for Hire, LLC (TM) and include the dates of the background check and information received from the nanny. Parents should still use discretion and insist on personal references and a personal interview for any nanny or other childcare provider. AFH,LLC provides comprehensive training materials, business forms, advice, plus marketing and technical support for nannies to help them build a high quality business that emphasizes excellence, organization, and responsibilities to strive for when caring for children. AFH,LLC does not offer basic child care training or assign nannies to families or jobs. AFH, LLC is not an agent and receives NO fee or share of nanny's wages or salaries. Nannies are independent business owners who have purchased The Auntie for Hire
Concept Manual. AFH,LLC is not liable or responsible for any contracts or agreements between nannies and parents or other guardians.

Terms and Policy For IOCN:
By using this site, you agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log in name and password. You agree to accept responsibility for biography and all content that you post, including your photograph and contact information placed on your page. AFH,LLC retains all rights to review and, if applicable, to amend or remove content thereof without further permission. AFH,LLC will not share any personal contact information beyond what you post on your page.

The AFH Concept Manual and business forms are available for one (1) PDF download only. While this file may be saved to your computer for printing, your manual and forms may not be shared or sold with others for any purpose. Cancellation of monthly online publishing and support requires[thirty (30) days written notice.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Auntie For Hire, LLC respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask
our users to do the same. Auntie For Hire, LLC has no responsibility for
content on other websites that you may find or access when using
Auntie For Hire, LLC’s products or services. Material available on or
through other websites may be protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries. The terms of use of those websites, and not the Auntie For Hire, LLC Terms of Service, govern your use of that material.

It is Auntie For Hire, LLC’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Auntie For Hire, LLC and/or others.
